Feedback that helps

The most useful reports are specific and reproducible. Include the calculator name, the measurement system, the values entered, the result you expected, and why the result looked wrong or unclear. If the issue is visual, include the device or browser width and describe where the layout becomes difficult to use.

• Calculation edge cases, such as an irregular area or a zero deduction.
• Unit or conversion concerns between metric and imperial inputs.
• Unclear labels, missing assumptions, or confusing pack coverage wording.
• Broken links, missing pages, keyboard issues, or mobile layout problems.
• Suggestions for a practical example or estimating guide that would help another user.

Contact method

RoxyCalc does not collect messages through an on-page form. For corrections, broken links, calculator issues, or site feedback, email [email protected]. A direct email keeps the site simple and avoids asking users to submit project details to a new account system.

For a calculator question, please include only the information needed to reproduce the result. A short example such as “Tile calculator, metric, 4 m by 3 m, 0.25 m² per box, 10% waste” is more useful than a screenshot containing personal or project information.

What not to send

Do not send payment details, identity documents, permit documents, private project files, precise property information, or other sensitive personal data. RoxyCalc cannot provide licensed structural, electrical, plumbing, gas, roofing, waterproofing, legal, or permit advice. Use the methodology page and the relevant product instructions for the limits of each result.
